(October, 11th, 2005) Collaborated with one established company, IIPS has successfully conducted "Inert and Confined Space Entry" Training and Workshop at Cipanas, Bogor, Sept 30th to October 2nd 2005.

(October, 23rd, 2005) IIPS was conducted Guess Lecture at Chemical Engineering Department, UGM, Jogjakarta on October 14th, 2005. Ardian Nengkoda (PDO Sultanate of Oman) was successfully presented the topic of Risk Assessment and Confined Space Entry on this event.

(October, 11th, 2005) IIPS has been conducted Guess Lecture at Safety Engineering Diploma (D-4) Program, Politeknik Perkapalan ITS, Surabaya, on October 1st, 2005. Two topics was presented in this moment, first (Instrumentation and Control Design) was presented by Nugroho Wibisono (ConocoPhillips Indonesia) and second's (Hazard Identification vs Risk Assessment: Which One Do We Need ?) was presented by Darmawan Ahmad (VICO Indonesia). Thanks to all of Safety Engineering's civitas acdemica for enthusiastic discussions and good questions

(September, 12th, 2005) IIPS will published Process Safety Dictionary at the end of this year. This book will cover all recent terms on Safety and Process Safety Area of Knowledge. This books will be gave to all IIPS member (non-student Member) with no charge.

(August 26th, 2005) IIPS regarding to Academic Alliance Program will conducted Studium Generale at ITS on October 2005, This studium generale is intented to acknowledge ITS's engineering student with the role of Process Safety at Hydrocarbon Upstream Processing Industries. (March 26th, 2005) IIPS collaborated with Student Chapter IIPS ITB and HIMATEK ITB has performed one-day course on "Introduction to Hydrocarbon Processing Facilities Process Safety and Piping and Instrumentation Diagram" on the 19th of March 2005. The course held on Gedung Labtek X, Chemical Engineering Department ITB, Jl Ganeca 10 Bandung, attended by 38 Student, and 3 professionals


(February, 28th, 2005) IIPS coorporating with University of Surabaya (Ubaya) regarding to the IIPS-Academic Alliance Program, offering new module (mata kuliah, Indonesian) "Teknik dan Manajemen Resiko dan Keselamatan Kerja"(Engineering and Management of Risk and Safety) within Chemical Engineering Department, Techonolgy Faculty, Ubaya. (February, 28th, 2005) IIPS has successfully conducted One-Day Course "Introduction to HAZOP and Other PHA Techniques for Process Safety and Risk Management" at Jakarta, February 26th, 2005.

(February, 28th, 2005) IIPS collaborating with Student Chapter IIPS-ITB has successfully performed "Simulasi Pengendalian Process" (Process Control Simulation) at Engineering Physics Laboratorium of Control, ITB, February 19-20th, 2005. This course are attended by 18 Student, 15 Student of Engineering Physics and 3 Student of Chemical Engineering Department

(February 28th, 2005) IIPS-Untirta Alliance has conducted "IIPS Goes to Campuss" at Universitas Sultan Agung Tirtayasa, Cilegon ,Banten, 19 February 2005. This event has attended by more than 75 participant and presented "Pengenalan IIPS" (Introduction to IIPS); "Overview of General Safety" and "Process Safety and Process Safety Management"
