The Role

§ Provide technical advice on all aspects of geophysics, including 2D & 3D acquisition, processing, interpretation, depth conversion, well planning and field development. Specifically, this will include:

- Undertake and maintain a full evaluation of the exploration and exploitation opportunities within the Pangkah PSC and develop and maintain a mature prospect inventory
- Mature potentially drillable prospects through the appropriate evaluation, peer review, recommendation and approval processes.
- Maintain the Ujung Pangkah field model, updating as appropriate with new data
· Responsible for the future block relinquishment, including proposing and then seeking approval from all stakeholders for future relinquishments
· Provide a key role in liaison with the Exploration group within BPMigas and as a geophysicist within the Ujung Pangkah development team with the BPMigas Exploitation group
· Liaise with the AH Exploration group to exchange ideas and build good working relationships and with Joint Venture partners as appropriate
· Support, mentor and coach less experienced staff

The Qualifications

§ Degree in the appropriate subject with a minimum of 10 years experience in the similar position
§ Experienced seismic interpreter with solid background in petroleum systems and proven track record of prospect generation
§ Experienced in all aspects of geophysics including the planning of seismic surveys and data processing.
§ Experience in the use of a wide variety of geophysical technologies to deliver both structural and attribute models
§ Well developed understanding of and experience in quantifying reservoir uncertainty and with related technical disciplines.
§ Experience and history of dealing with industry regulators (BPMigas) and JV partners.

A well established engineering company in Engineering, Procurement and Construction for Oil and Gas project (Offshore and Onshore) is seeking a number of qualified, efficient and highly motivated Design Engineers for the following positions:

MECHANICAL - ROTATING ENGINEER
MECHANICAL - STATIC ENGINEER
PIPING ENGINEER
PIPELINE ENGINEER

Personnel Qualification Requirement:
1. Minimum S1 from reputable University
2. Senior Engineer: minimum 5 (five) years working experience in engineering design for Oil and Gas Industry (offshore and onshore facilities)
3. Junior Engineer: minimum 2 (two) years working experience in engineering design for Oil and Gas Industry
4. Fresh Engineer with GPA of 2.90
5. Familiar with regulation. code and standard in OIl and Gas Industry
6. Minimum requirement should be familiar with spreadsheet calculation and word processing software
Preferably fluent in English (writing and speaking)

Requirement

1.       University degree in Geophysics / Geological Science

2.       With minimum 5 - 10 years diversified experience in geophysical analyses within petroleum industry

5.       Knowledge of related engineering functions (reservoir and drilling)

3.       The succesful candidate also requires strong communication and presentation skills
